This
is your Guide to shopping online with Hockey Range in a few Easy
Steps, from browsing through the products to receiving your invoice.
STEP
ONE
Browse
the product sections and look at our great range of low price
products, your bound to find something!
STEP TWO
When you find a product you would like to purchase, simply complete
the selections section regarding quantity, size* and colour*,
then click the 'Add To Cart Button.
* Not all options may be necessary for
each product.
STEP THREE
After you have clicked the 'Add To Cart' Button, the page you
are currently viewing will be refreshed and the information at
the top of the page is updated so you can keep an eye on how many
products you have in your shopping cart.
STEP FOUR
Below is an example of what your shopping cart will appear like.
At this stage you should briefly check that the correct products
are in your cart. If you are now satisfied that you have added
all the items you want, you should proceed to the checkout.
If you have changed your mind about your order, you can empty
your entire Cart by clicking on 'Empty'. This operation will require
confirmation.
If you want to collect your order from the shop in person, click
the 'Collect Order From Shop' Button, An item will then be added
to your cart named 'Order to be Collected from the Shop'. The
Shipping will then be set to £0.00.
STEP FIVE
This is your shopping cart confirmation Page. You should carefully
check that the products within your cart are all correct. If you
wish to make any changes simply click the 'Back To Shopping Cart'
button. If you are happy with the contents of your cart, fill
in the Personal and Credit card Information and click 'Proceed
To Paypal'.
At this stage you DO NOT need to enter your Credit Card Number.
STEP SIX
After you proceed to PayPal, a new window will then open showing
the PayPal screen. Now you are on a Secure Server you can complete
your Credit Card Details and double check ALL Payment and shopping
cart contents.
STEP SEVEN
Follow the simple instruction given to you by PayPal. After you
complete your payment you will be forwarded to a thank you page
back on the Hockey Range Server.
STEP EIGHT
Check the emails in the email account you had entered previously
in order to view your Invoice Receipt. If there are any problems
with your order at this stage, you must not hesitate to contact
us.
STEP NINE
We will then aim to ship your products within the designated time,
or alternatively contact you by either email or phone regarding
your order if there are any implications regarding the order.
