Important Information
If you have stated that you
will be collecting your order from the shop in person by
clicking the 'Collect Order From Shop' Button, you will
be required to bring with you a copy of the Invoice Receipt
emailed to you from service@paypal.com, named 'Receipt
for your Payment to Hockey Range'.
Failure
to do so may result in your order being witheld until the
document is produced. The
collection service will not require you to pay the full
shipping charges for your order, and it will appear in your
cart that you wish to collect your order from the shop.
If you require shipping of your products, and
you feel you are being overcharged for shipping, please
contact us as we are aware of some implications that occur
with the shipping prices when certain items are ordered.
Overweight Shipping
If your order exceeds the the maximum shipping fee, you
are required to contact us. You will be notified by a pop
up alert telling you this and/or your shipping fee will
be displayed as £0.00, unless you have stated that
your order will be collected by you from the shop. Contact
us by Phone or email (click here) and we will discuss further
options and payments.
Product Availability
When your order has been received we will notify you within
24 hours if the order is out of stock, or we think there
will be a delay in the delivery of the product. If you have
ordered online and are going to collect from the shop, please
wait to receive an email from us confirming that the product
is ready for collection. For "collect from shop"
orders, we will always endeavour to let you know the status
of your order within 24 hours.
