Hockey Range is the trading name of the partnership of Good Sports and
the National Small Bore Rifle Association. Hockey Range is based at the
Lord Roberts Cente, Bisley Camp, Surrey. Hockey Range aims to ensure total

Purchasing from us Customers may call into our shop in Bisley or browse and buy
online.
Online purchases could not be easier – simply browse our pages and
click on any items that you which to purchase, ensuring the correct size,
colour and number of items are selected (where appropriate). This will
add them to your shopping cart, which is displayed on the right hand side
of the screen. After you have finished selecting, click on “checkout”
and you will be asked to complete a few details that are required to complete
your order. If you are using our secure payment facility online, you will
then be taken to the PayPal Website, where you will be asked to enter
your credit card facilities. Please note: This is a secure web-site.
We accept credit payment only for our online transactions. You may pay
by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch Debit Cards or Solo Debit
Cards.
We do not charge for any item until the item is ready to ship. Where part
of an order is not available, the customer will be contacted to decide
whether the item should be ordered, deleted or if an alternative item
should be shipped.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are packaged by us and shipped by our standard shipping agents
(Royal Mail Special Delivery). All orders require a signature upon delivery
and we can not follow instructions to “leave the parcel next-door”
or “leave in garage.” Where a customer is not available to
sign for a delivery, a contact card will be left, with instructions for
contacting the shipping agent to arrange alternative delivery times.
Hockey Range make a charge for packaging and shipping, which is shown
on the shopping cart at checkout.
Delivery Service
In stock items will be shipped within one working day of the date received.
All deliveries are on a “working day” basis, Saturdays and
Sundays are not classed as working days.
Part orders will be shipped or held for complete fulfilment depending
upon the customers request. If an order can not be completely sent, contact
will be made with the customer to explain alternatives.
Products that need to be ordered from our suppliers will be delivered
within 7 working days (provided the suppliers have them in stock). In
all cases where delivery time will be greater than 3 working days, the
customer will be informed by email.
Please note ALL delivery services are subject to stock availability. Should
stock not be immediately available, the customer will always be informed.
Charges for shipping are based on the type of delivery service requested.
The standard service offered is Royal Mail Special Delivery. Different
delivery services will only be used if requested by the customer.
Out of Stock Items
Should your order be out of stock we will order it from our suppliers
for you. We will always contact you with the option to cancel your order
if you would rather not wait.
Order cancellation – non stock items that have been ordered from
our suppliers can be BEFORE they are shipped to us. If the item has been
shipped to Hockey Range, a 25% handling fee will be applied.
Tax
Charges
VAT (where applicable – please note VAT isn’t paid on some
child’s items) is included in the prices listed. VAT is charged
at the standard rate (currently 17.5%). If an invoice showing VAT breakdown
is required, this can be supplied upon request.
Credit
Card Security
All of your personal information relating to orders placed at our online
store are held in accordance with the data protection act. Personal details
will not be disclosed to any third party, except for delivery purposes.
Credit card details are fully encrypted by PayPals secure server. For

Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied by our products and service. Our
policy is:
All items purchased are guaranteed under the manufacturers limited
warranty. Manufacturers warranty covers defective material or defective
workmanship.
Should the item purchased be faulty upon delivery, or become faulty within
7 days, please return it to us. We will (subject to an inspection) refund
or replace the faulty item. After 7 days we reserve the right to replace
or repair the item at our discretion unless it is covered by a manufacturers
warranty.
Due to the nature of ice and inline hockey, sticks and blades are not
covered by a guarantee against breakages. Certain types of composite stick
shafts and one piece sticks ARE covered by a limited manufacturers warranty.
Please check your item to see if this is the case.
Proof of purchase (an official receipt) must accompany all items returned
for refund or exchange.

Returns If
you wish to return an item to us for any reason other than a warranty
claim, please note the following:
We will, subject to our inspection, return or exchange any goods returned
to us, providing that:

d) It is returned at the customers expense
