Our Shipping Policy
All items in stock will normally be shipped within 24 hours of the order being received by us (please note that orders received Friday afternoons and at weekends, will not be dispatched until the following Monday). All items not currently held in stock will be dispatched within 5 working days. We will contact you as soon as the order has been received to inform you of the expected dispatch date/time. We will also send an email when the order has been dispatched. If there are items within your order that may be delayed for any reason, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delay and given the option to:
(a) order an alternative item,
(b) receive the order in stages as it become available,
(c) delay the whole order until all items are available or
(d) cancel part or all of the order.
All mail order items will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Using this service enables parcels to be tracked via the Internet. If you wish for an alternative carrier to be used, please phone us once you have placed your order and inform us. An extra charge may be levied for this service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated by weight. The minimum shipping charge is £3.50. Prices increase on a sliding scale as weight increases. Certain bulky items also carry a slight surcharge. The maximum shipping price that may be applied is £20, which would be for a total delivery mass of 20kg. For deliveries over 20kg, please contact us to discuss the best options for shipping. If your order is over this amount a pop up alert will be displayed when you view your cart and / or your shipping cost will be displayed as £0.00 (In this case your order will not be dispatched until the method of shipping has been resolved).
